In conjunction with the unplanned maintenance on the offshore 24? lateral and pursuant to Section 8.3 of the General Terms & Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Destin Pipeline Company LLC is declaring a Force Majeure event applicable to gas transportation on the 24? lateral. Destin will be unable to provide transportation service from the following offshore points effective immediately until the maintenance work is complete: 011296 VK989 Pompano Mica 011286 MC254 Delta House 011290 MP281 011291 MP283 011294 VK900 Gemini Updates will be provided as information is available.
